Message of Program Director:

I would like to welcome you to the action plan for 2024-2030 of MSc Pharmaceutical Sciences Program at the School of Health and Medical Sciences of the Libyan International University (LIMU). Since its establishment in 2007, LIMU kept working to develop pharmacy education in Libya by establishing, developing, and updating its educational programs, aiming to graduate pharmacists equipped with the values, knowledge, and skills to deliver pharmaceutical care in a professional manner.

MSc Pharmaceutical Sciences is a pioneer program in Libya and started September 2022 as a twin to the PharmD program that obtained both institutional and programmatic accreditation from the National Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation for Educational and Training (NCQAAETI), and Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) international accreditation. MSc Pharmaceutical Sciences already applied for national accreditation to National Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation for Educational and Training (NCQAAETI) in September 2022 aiming to develop its educational and training program according to national standards.

MSc Pharmaceutical Sciences action plan 2024-2030 reflects the implementation and devolvement plan followed by the program and the milestones in achieving the development of the program and the profession.
